If you’re uptown today swing by Morningside Park to celebrate our shared green space! The free festival starts at 1pm.

Nez Café will be there serving up a little preview of what’s to come. We researched indigenous flowers like rose, yarrow, and clover and added them to our one-of-a-kind iced tea blend we’re calling Sweet Morningside.

Ingredients include: linden flower, rose petals, lemon myrtle, spearmint, peppermint, tulsi, yarrow flowers, camomile, sage, lemon verbena, sunflower petals, red clover blossoms, lemongrass, red clover blossoms, peony buds

New York City-based artist Daniel Joseph Durkin lent a loving hand to collaborate on a label.

We packed close to 200 teabags last night (our fingertips smell heavenly!) and we’ll have a tiny stand near the 112th Street entrance where we’re giving out samples and tea kits for you to take home!

We look forward to serving Sweet Morningside Tea daily once we open our doors, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Friends of Morningside Park Association.
